I bought these little delights on sale a few weeks ago from Payless. Aren't they just so sweet? Very chic and feminine; I was quite surprised to find them in Payless. Now the problem is finding something to wear with them. I haven't been able to find a single dress/skirt shirt combo that will go with these shoes.
What would you wear with these shoes? Please note that the polka-dots are actually a pinkish colour and not white.

I saw these, didnt get them, went back to get them, and they were gone! woe is me!
